This pressing has the artist and title and a white border on the front cover, and all indications indicate it is pressed by Allied Record Company. 

[r=15156251 has the same sleeve but was pressed by [l27576 as indicated by the stamp EAST in the inner ring on side B.
Another pressing ([r=3707469) has a different front & back cover and was pressed by Specialty using some of the same metalwork.

The sleeve lists the following 5 tracks:
